The stay was generally enjoyable. the owners were incredibly accommodating, offering late breakfasts. The views were stunning, especially of the loch, and the food was home-cooked and delightful. the room could have benefitted from a luggage rack and a bit more breakfast choice. I had a lovely stay with cozy nights in a big room and some delicious food that hit the spot. The outdoor seating area and lounge with a TV were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, there wasn’t any cold water stocked in the room, but it didn’t really bother us. 😊

The location showcases stunning views of the loch and serene pastures, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a decent space to relax after a day of exploring.
The lack of basic amenities like drinking water and a towel rail was notable. it felt a bit inconvenient after a long day. Breakfast options were limited, without any fruit, and served only during stringent hours from 7 to 8. For a place that advertises a restaurant, finding no staff or choices for dinner was quite disappointing.

Stunning views and cozy vibes!
We spent a night here and it was super chill. The view of the loch from our twin room was breathtaking. Got to see a white-tailed eagle while munching on a delicious 3-course dinner. The full English brekkie was also a highlight! Just wish there were more dining options nearby.

The location is remote and peaceful, offering stunning views over pastures to the loch, with a chance to spot wildlife like white-tailed eagles. Breakfast is a highlight with beautifully cooked full English options and delightful homemade Belgian waffles. the hotel shows signs of aging, with a tired exterior and entrance that might disappoint at first glance. Limited dining options nearby require reserving dinner in advance, which could be inconvenient for some travelers.
